On certain buses, the wrong handrail may have been installed at the entrance door. As a result, the handrail might be difficult to use.
Safety Risk:
A handrail that is difficult to use could increase the risk of a fall injury.
Corrective Actions:
Blue Bird will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for inspecting the handrail and a repair kit for replacing it, as required.
