Product description

This recall involves the Alphabet, Vehicles, Safari, and Farm Woodlets Lifting Puzzles. Each puzzle is flat and comes with insertable puzzle pieces, which have small plastic pegs. All four product types listed below are affected:

Hazard identified

The small plastic pegs, which are used to lift the puzzle pieces, can detach from the metal screw holding the pegs in place, posing a choking hazard to the user.

As of July 23, 2021, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injuries.

The company reported that 22,890 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.
