Barrel Clamp Guide

Smith’s Medical has initiated a voluntary recall for certain Barrel Clamp Guides (part # G6000716) used in the repair of Medfusion Syringe pumps. Barrel Clamp Guides were individually sold to consignees for facility self-repair and service.

Certain Barrel Clamp Guides may have contained a ridge in the molded part. As a result, spring slippage may potentially occur resulting in the inability of the pump to recognize a syringe or the pump may misidentify the size of syringe loaded.
