Issue
Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program project has revealed that these products do not meet the warning label requirements under the Charcoal Regulations under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA). The Charcoal Regulations requires warning labels be in both French and English.
Charcoal produces carbon monoxide. This can be toxic if it is burned inside or in an area without proper ventilation, posing a suffocation hazard to users. Warning labels help to protect the public by telling them about this hazard.
As of September 17, 2021, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products if they still have it in their possession and contact Unbeatable Sale for instructions on how to properly use the product, if the products were purchased from Unbeatable Sale.
