This recall involves all sizes of the Black Diamond Vision Harness. The harness is black and white with a blue belay loop. There is one buckle on the waistband used for adjusting the fitment of the harness. The company name, Black Diamond, can be found on the side of the leg loop. A Black Diamond logo can be found on the back of the waistband.

Issue
The materials making up the harness can prematurely degrade or weaken, which can cause a fall or injury hazard to users.
As of February 21, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada or the United States. The company has received one report in Europe of the waist belt failing, with no reports of injuries.
