Issue
Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that this playpen does not meet the requirements of the Playpens Regulations. Specifically, the top accessory shade cover poses a flammability hazard while the top rails on the sides of the playpen can allow a child’s head to pass through, posing an entrapment hazard.

As of June 10, 2022, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
