Affected products
This recall involves 100% polyester Halloween Witch Hats. The hats are black with a blue mesh sparkling star scarf above the brim. The inside label references CBI Distributing Corporation.
Issue
The Halloween Witch Hat fails to meet recognized flammability standards, posing a risk of burn injuries.
As of June 24, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada or the United States.
What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and return the Halloween Witch Hat to any Claire's or Icing store for a full refund.
