Affected products
This recall involves the Cool Fidget Toy Stress Ball Fidget Magnet Stones for Adults, Magnetic Roller Ball for Craft Office Home Kitchen Refrigerator, Rare Earth Magnets Stress Relief Desk Toy Decoration. The product is sold with 18 (0.8”) magnetic rainbow balls. The product has a batch number of CC2406 and model number FS0861.
Issue
Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that the magnets do not meet the performance criteria assessed for small powerful magnets set out in Table 3 of the general prohibitions under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.
Small, powerful magnets can be easily swallowed by children of all ages, posing serious and potentially life-threatening risks.
When more than one powerful magnet is swallowed in a short period of time, the magnets can attract one another while moving through the intestines. This can cause the intestines to twist, creating blockages or tearing of the intestinal walls.
As of February 28, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
What you should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and dispose of it in household waste. Contact the manufacturer with proof of disposal for a refund.
