Product description

This recall involves lucid folding mattress-sofas sold in twin, full, queen, and king sizes.  The mattress-sofas fold into a sofa configuration and fold out into a mattress.  The recalled mattress-sofas are two-tone gray colored and have a white tag with "Made For: CVB INC, 1525 W 2960 S, LOGAN, UT 84321" printed on it. The tag is located on the underside of the head panel of the mattress.

Hazard identified

The mattress does not meet the Mattress Regulations of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act posing a fire hazard.

As of February 22nd 2019, the company has received no report of incidents in Canada.

Number sold

Approximately 2,783 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

The affected products were sold from January 2013 to June 2018
