Hazard identified
The recalled products have not been properly classified according to the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001, in order to ensure appropriate hazard labelling. These regulations are empowered by the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. Improper labelling could result in unintentional exposure to these products and lead to serious illness, injury or death.
As of September 17, 2018, Daiso Holdings Ltd. has not received any reports of consumer incidents or injuries related to the use of these products.

Approximately 6, 500 units of the affected products were sold in Canada.

The recalled products were sold in Canada from 2007 to 2018.
