ACE Surgical Supply Inc. is initiating a voluntary product recall for the Double Blade Shoe F/Unigraft Knife 1.5mm Thick X 9mm for lot number M050225. The manufacturer has stated that the product inside the package is incorrect. A single blade shoe was mistakenly packaged instead of a double blade shoe. The manufacturer has stated that there is no risk to patient health and the safe use of the product in question is not a factor.
