This recall involves the Cube Samox Acid MTB Hybrid Gen4 Pro Crank Arms that were installed on various Cube bicycles.

Issue

The crank arms may be loose and detach from the bottom bracket resulting in a fall hazard. 

As of November 27, 2025 the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injuries.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled crank arms and visit their Cube dealer to have their crank arm inspected and to have the crank bolts replaced.
