The model and serial numbers can be found under the kickstrip on the front of the product or on the rear panel of the product. The serial numbers start with three capital letters followed by six numeric digits.

As of April 10, 2026, the company has received 2 reports of delayed ignition and 1 report of burn injury in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 16 reports of delayed ignition and no reports of injury.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled oven until it has been inspected and serviced. Consumers may continue to use the stovetop.
