Affected products

This recall involves Gossamer Pro AGX+ Bicycle Crankset Model CK-6037. They were sold on bicycle brands including Cannondale, Canyon, Marin, Haro, Fuji and Pinarello gravel brands.

This crankset is black and can be identified by laser-etched logos reading "FSA Gossamer Pro" along the crank arm and have markings located on the backside of the crankarm adjacent to the pedal threads that have a QR code, read "CK-6037" and have a serial number adjacent to the CK-6037. All Cranksets with serial number ranges starting with B1 through B3 are included in this recall.

Issue

The crank arm may become loose or detach from the crank/spindle interface that is held together by a press-fit interference and bonding agent.  Only the drive-side crank arm is susceptible to bonding failure. At first signs of failure, the rider may find that the crank arm becomes loose while riding. They should stop use immediately as continued riding could pose a risk of instability while riding or the crank arm could become detached creating a fall hazard.

As of  April 1 2024,  the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada or the United States.
