This alert involves the following product:

  • Sizkii Geometric Stacker

The affected product consists of a removable base with 5 columns for stacking and 25 building blocks (including spheres, cubes, etc.), which can be easily inserted into the column base. They include 8 double-sided problem cards and 2 threading ropes.

The product was sold on Amazon.ca under the ASIN B0B8ZKVB3V.

Issue

Health Canada has determined that the affected product contains small parts which pose a choking hazard for children under the age of three.

What you should do

Consumers who have the affected product should immediately stop using it and safely dispose of it in such a way that it cannot be used again.

Regularly check the Healthy Canadians Recalls and Safety Alerts database for dangerous products and take action to remove items of concern.

Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of these products or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.

The product has been removed from sale from Amazon.ca.  Health Canada has contacted the foreign third-party seller and is advising consumers to immediately stop using the affected Sizkii Geometric Stacker.

To date, no incidents or injuries related to this product have been reported to Health Canada.
