864 units of the recalled product were sold from May 13, 2026 to May 26, 2026 through authorized retailers in Alberta.
To date, Hybrid Infusion Ltd. has received 2 complaints and no adverse reaction report about the recalled lot. Health Canada has not received any complaints or adverse reaction reports.
