Issue

The light’s lithium-ion battery can overheat (thermal runaway) and pose fire and burn and hazards.

As of September 25, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bicycle light, safely dispose of it at a local recycling facility that accepts lithium batteries, and register at knog.com/recall for a free replacement .
