Affected products

This recall involves the Leatherman Charge Plus and Charge Plus TTi multi-tools. The Charge Plus multi-tools come in black and stainless-steel colors and with a black MOLLE or black nylon sheath. The Charge Plus TTi multi-tools were sold in a stainless-steel color with a black nylon sheath. The name “Leatherman” is etched on the product.

Issue

The tip of the knife blade may not fully fold into the handle, posing a laceration hazard to users.

As of September 10, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and visit the company’s website to determine whether their model of multi-tool is affected and, if so, to arrange for a free repair.
