Issue
These candles can spontaneously relight after being blown out. They are prohibited in Canada under the Candles Regulations of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act because they can re-ignite after disposal, posing a fire hazard.
As of July 22, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
