Affected products
This recall involves the Polyester Hardener sold in 225 mL bottles with product code 112-3 and the Polyester Fiberglass Resin with and without wax sold in 20 L pails with product code 105-04. The products are intended to be used together as a kit.
Issue
The recalled products do not meet the labelling and packaging requirements of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.
The lack of appropriate labelling information and packaging could result in unintended exposure to the products and lead to serious illness or injury.
The products are intended for workplace use only.
As of November 14, 2023 the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
