As a result of customer reports and an internal investigation, Beckman Coulter concluded that the Prompt Inoculation System-D Lot Number 20201103T contains boxes of incorrect Prompt wands. The Prompt Inoculation System-D wands are used for MicroScan panel inoculum preparation. The supplier manufactures a similar wand for another company, and they placed the incorrect wands in the MicroScan Prompt System box.
