C.G.M. Spa Divisione Medicale Meta received reports from Steril Milano informing about deviations of sterilization process parameters conducted by steril milano. Following an internal investigation conducted on the basis of last information received from the contract steriliser, C.G.M. Spa Divisione Medicale Meta has established that the sterility of all products batches cannot be guaranteed.
