Affected products
This recall involves Fir + Cactus Flower and Lilac + Rosemary Ambiance Sprays sold in 100 mL amber glass bottles. The UPC for the products is 8791760074128, and is located on the label affixed to the bottle. The product's SKU is SOJAGM02, and is located on the invoice and/or on the order confirmation received by email following purchase.
Issue
The recalled products do not meet the labelling requirements for consumer chemical products required by the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001, under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act.
The lack of appropriate labelling information could result in unintentional exposure to the product and lead to serious illness or injury.
As of August 15, 2023, no incidents or injuries have been reported to the company in Canada.
