THE HANDLEBARS MAY BE MISSING WELDS IN THE BRACE AND POST AREA. IF WELDS ARE MISSING OR INCOMPLETE, THE HANDLEBARS MAY BREAK, RESULTING IN LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL. CORRECTION: VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED AND HANDLEBARS REPLACED IF NECESSARY.
