Issue

Certain booster seats may not comply with the requirements of the Canada Motor Vehicle Restraint Systems and Booster Seats Safety Regulations (RSSR). The upholstery may exceed the burn rate of the flammability requirements of the regulations, and the seats did not meet the stiffness requirements during quasi-static testing. Correction: Registered owners will be sent instructions on how to return the booster seats for a refund. Owners can also bring the booster seat to any Canadian Tire store for a refund.
