2017 | PRIME TIME MFG | AVENGER
Issue
Certain vehicles may fail to comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 110 - Tire Selection and Rims. The certification label only states the maximum tire inflation pressure for the rear tires as 80 PSI and ST225/75R15E Tires. The certification label should include the information for the front, rear and spare tire of 80 PSI and ST225/75R15E Tires. This could lead to the wrong tire and rim size being used and/or tires being overinflated, which could lead to poor vehicle handling characteristics and increase the risk of tire failure, which could result in a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Forest River provide a corrected certification label to current owners and dealers with instructions for proper placement. If owners are not comfortable installing the label themselves, they can take the label to a Forest River dealer for installation.
