Issue
On certain buses, the rear axle U-bolts may not have been properly tightened during installation. These bolts could loosen or break, potentially resulting in a separation of the rear axle from the vehicle. This could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect and tighten the U-bolts as necessary.
