Issue

On certain F-Series cab-forward trucks, there may be insufficient warning to the operator when the locking lever that secures the cab is left unlatched after servicing or maintenance. If a driver does not ensure the cab is properly latched before driving, the cab may tilt unintentionally, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Isuzu will remind owners of the need to secure the cab locking lever and will provide further measures, including additional warning features and an additional label and updates to the owner’s manuals.
