Issue
On certain aerial devices, the fasteners between the pedestal and chassis may not have been tightened to specification or may be missing. This could result in the pedestal being unstable or for it to separate from the chassis, increasing the risk of injury to the operator or bystanders. Correction: Owners are advised to contact Altec Industries who will perform repairs as required.
