Issue
On certain trailers, a weld on the axle spindle could fail and allow for the spindle and wheel assembly to separate. If this were to occur, it could cause a loss of control and a crash. In addition, the spindle and/or wheel assembly could strike another vehicle, stationary object, or bystander, causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: Dealers will inspect the serial number of the axle, and if found to be "133160828", the axle will be replaced.
