Transport Canada Recall - 2019121 - FOREST RIVER

Issue:
The compliance label on certain travel trailers lists the wrong weight rating for the axles. The label lists the capacity as 3,500 lbs. (1,588 kg) when it should list 2,500 lbs. (1,134 kg). This could lead to overloading of the trailer and cause poor handling or a tire failure.

Safety Risk:
Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and result in a crash.

Corrective Actions:
A new compliance label will be mailed to each owner. If an owner is not comfortable installing the label, a Forest River dealer can install it.
