Issue:
On certain vehicles equipped with Transpec glass roof hatches, a manufacturing defect could cause the glass to break.
Safety Risk:
If the hatch glass breaks, glass fragments could fall onto passengers, creating a risk of injury.
Corrective Actions:
The company will notify owners by mail. Owners will be supplied with a new roof hatch lid and instructions for replacing the original.
