Issue
Issue:
An extra screw was used to mount the junction box, and it could rub against wiring. This could cause the wires to short circuit.
Safety Risk:
An electrical short circuit could create the risk of a fire.
Corrective Actions:
The company will contact the owner and instruct them to take the motorhome to a dealer to inspect the junction box. If an extra screw is found, it will be removed. Additionally, the dealer will ensure the junction box is secured and the wires are not damaged.
