Issue
Issue:
On certain motorhomes, the battery tray could detach from the chassis. This could cause an electrical short circuit or allow the battery to fall from the vehicle.
Safety Risk:
A short circuit could create the risk of a fire. A battery that detaches from the motorhome could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their motorhome to a dealer to have extra supports added to the battery tray.
