Transport Canada Recall - 2019378 - HONDA

Issue:
On certain vehicles, the connection between the fuel tank and the fuel vapour return line may not be properly welded. Over time, vibrations and heat cycling can cause the weld to separate, resulting in a fuel leak.

Safety Risk:
A fuel leak, in the presence of an ignition source, creates the risk of a fire.

Corrective Actions:
Honda will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer to replace the fuel tank.
