Issue:
On certain travel trailers equipped with an optional 100 gallon (378.5 L) water tank, the compliance label does not list the correct weight for a full fresh-water tank. This could lead to overloading of the trailer and cause poor handling or a tire failure.
Safety Risk:
Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and result in a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Forest River has notified owners by mail and provided them with a new compliance label that will reflect the correct weight for a full fresh-water tank. If you would like help to install the label, you can contact a Forest River RV dealer to have it installed free of charge.
