Issue:
On certain vehicles, the rear spoiler might not be properly attached. This could cause the spoiler to detach from the vehicle.
Safety Risk:
A spoiler that detaches from the vehicle could create a hazard for other drivers and nearby people.
Corrective Actions:
None of the affected vehicles have been sold to retail customers. BMW will instruct dealers to inspect the rear spoiler, and if necessary, replace it.
