Transport Canada Recall - 2020567 - TEREX

Issue:
On certain aerial devices, the bolts for the pedestal and turntable may loosen and fail. If multiple bolts fail, the turntable and pedestal could separate from the vehicle.

Safety Risk:
If the pedestal and turntable separate from the vehicle, there may be a risk of injury.

Corrective Actions:
Terex will notify owners by mail and provide you with longer rotation bearing bolts to be used with a reinforcement spacer plate. Terex advises you to perform a daily inspection of the rotation bearing bolts and tighten them if necessary until the new bolts and reinforcement spacer plate has been installed.
