Issue

Issue:
On one motorhome, the tie rod arm and steering arm bolts may be defective and could break. If this happens, there could be a loss of steering control.
Note: This recall only affects motorhomes built with a Detroit front axle on a Freightliner chassis.

Safety Risk:
A loss of steering control could create the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions:
None of the affected motorhomes have been sold to retail customers. Tiffin will instruct the dealer to take the motorhome to a Daimler Trucks North America authorized service facility to replace the tie rod arm bolts and the steering arm bolts before it is sold.
