Issue
Issue:
On certain RV trailers, the propane (LP) regulator could fail. If this happens, high-pressure propane could reach the appliances.
Note: This recall only affects trailers equipped with a Winntec model 6020 propane regulator.
Safety Risk:
Unregulated propane pressure can create the risk of an appliance fire.
Corrective Actions:
Trails West will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your travel trailer to a dealer to replace the propane (LP) regulator. Trails West recommends that you should not use the propane system on your trailer until this recall is completed. This can be done by closing the valve on each propane tank and disconnecting the supply hose.
