Issue

Issue: On certain motorcycles, the warning label(s) on the front and rear brake master cylinder covers could peel off. A missing label may lead to improper maintenance, which could affect brake performance. Safety Risk: Improper maintenance or using the wrong type of the brake fluid could cause a brake failure and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Harley-Davidson will send each owner replacement warning labels for the brake master cylinders. They will also provide you with instructions for how to inspect your motorcycle and replace the labels. If you would like help to install the labels, you can contact a Harley-Davidson dealer to have them installed free of change.
