Transport Canada Recall - 2022206 - TIFFIN

Issue:
On certain motorhomes, the hydraulic cylinder that moves the slide-out room may have a defective inner seal. As result, the slide-out room could extend from the motorhome while parked, or in rare cases, while driving.
Note: Defective hydraulic cylinders list a manufacturing date that is before 03/01/2022 on the body of the cylinder.

Safety Risk:
A slide-out room that extends from the motorhome while driving could increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions:
Tiffin will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect, and if necessary, replace the hydraulic cylinder.
