Transport Canada Recall - 2022287 - CRESTLINE

Issue:
On certain FleetMax 2.0 ambulances, there may be an issue with a control module for the electrical system. As a result, the control module (OXP3) could short circuit and overheat.

Safety Risk:
An overheated control module could create the risk of a fire.

Corrective Actions:
Crestline will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development. To reduce the safety risk, Crestline recommends that you should disconnect the patient compartment exhaust fan until the recall repairs have been completed.
