Issue
Issue:
On certain side-by-side UTVs, the shift cable may not be adjusted correctly. When the shifter is placed in the Park position, this means that the transmission may not be in Park. As a result, the vehicle could roll away.
Safety Risk:
A vehicle roll away could create the risk of a crash or an injury.
Corrective Actions:
Textron will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your UTV to a dealership to adjust the shift cable. To reduce the safety risk, Textron advises that you should not drive your UTV and that you should chock the wheels when it is parked, until the recall repairs have been completed.
