Issue:
Certain tank trailers were built without a rear impact guard. Canadian Regulations require trailers to have a rear impact guard.

Safety Risk:
In a rear-impact crash, a vehicle could underride a trailer that doesn't have a rear impact guard. This could increase the risk of injury.

Corrective Actions:
Tremcar will notify owners by mail and coordinate the installation of a rear impact guard on each trailer.
