Issue:
Certain vehicles were built with reflective tape instead of the required reflex reflectors. Canadian regulations require vehicles to have reflex reflectors in specific locations.
Safety Risk:
A vehicle without proper reflex reflectors may be less visible to others. This could increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Action:
Truck Outfitters Canada Inc. will notify owners by mail and provide you with the parts and instructions for installing the reflex reflectors. If you would like help to install the reflectors, you should contact the company.
