Issue:
On certain vehicles, the nuts that attach the windshield wiper arms may loosen unexpectedly. This could cause the wipers to slip and not clear the windshield properly.
Safety Risk:
Windshield wipers that don't work properly could affect a driver's visibility and increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Lucid will notify owners by email and advise you to contact a Lucid Service Center or Lucid Customer Care to schedule an appointment to inspect and tighten the windshield wiper arm nuts.
