Issue

Issue:
On certain vehicles, the rear trailing arm mount welds could crack and fail. If this happens, the rear trailing arm(s) could separate and cause a sudden loss of control.
Note: This recall only affects certain Vantage Mobility rear entry wheelchair conversion vehicles built on a Toyota Sienna Hybrid platform.

Safety Risk:
A loss of control could create the risk of a crash.

Corrective Actions:
Vantage Mobility will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to repair the trailing arm mounts.
