Issue
Issue:
On certain trucks, the throttle position sensor power wire may not have been installed properly in the powertrain control module (PCM) connector. As a result, the wire could loosen and cause a loss of signal. If this happens, there could be a loss of power to the wheels.
Note: This recall only affects certain electric trucks equipped with a Motiv Power Systems powertrain.
Safety Risk:
A sudden loss of power to the wheels could increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Motiv Power Systems will notify owners by mail and arrange for a service team to inspect and, if necessary, repair or replace the PCM connector.
