Issue
Issue:
On certain RV trailers, the compliance label may list incorrect tire pressure information. The label incorrectly lists the recommended tire pressure as 552 kPa (80 psi), when the labels should instead list the tire pressure as 448 kPa (65 psi). This information could lead you to overinflate the tires and cause poor handling and/or a tire failure.
Safety Risk:
Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash.
Corrective Actions:
Forest River will mail a new compliance label to each owner. If you'd like help to install the label, you can contact a Forest River dealer to have them installed free of charge.
